- Blink - Open the eyes wide and quickly blink 10 times. Close the eyes for 20 seconds and repeat this exercise four times. This asana prevent dry eyes, relaxes eye muscles and helps nourish the eye.
- Palming - Rub the palms together until it feel warm. Then place it on the eyes and hold this position till palm feels warm. Focus on something and calm down. This exercise is a form of relaxation, mainly after a long day at work.
- Sideways & Rotation - Stretch the eye muscles. Move the eyes slowly from one side to another and then in a circle. If you find it difficult, then use finger and move in a circle and let eyes follow. Ensure the neck doesn't move and repeat this exercise for about 20 times.
